Richard Lozes consults in nanolithography engineering for both mask-making and mask-less applications. With over 25 years experience in charged-particle pattern generation systems development, Dr. Lozes has demonstrated experience in all aspects of technology development from concept and feasibility through system integration. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property including IP strategy development, competitive portfolio analysis, and technology licensing. Prior to starting his consultancy, Dr. Lozes served in several capacities at Etec Systems. He holds the Filosofie doctor (PhD) in Quantum Chemistry awarded by the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
